An apartment lease agreement is a
legally binding contract between a landlord and tenant that
outlines the terms and conditions of renting an apartment. It
includes information such as the length of the lease, rent amount,
security deposit, and rules and regulations for living in the

Please log in to your resident portal and click on the payments icon in the
top navigation bar.
How do I submit a service request?
Log in to your resident portal and scroll down from the
resident dashboard to the service request section to submit your
maintenance request ticket.
Can I choose my roommates?
We accept roommate requests. After signing a lease you will receive
a text message where you can submit your roommate request.
