Can I move in early?

Early move-in may be available for an additional fee, depending on how many days early you would like to move in.

How do I pay rent?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. You can pay through your Resident Portal by selecting either the Home or Payments tab on the left-hand side.
If you need to pay an amount other than the full rent, click Pay Rent, then Edit, and select Other Amount in the Payment Details box.
Rent is considered late after 11:59 PM on the 5th of each month.

How do I submit a maintenance request?

Log into your Resident Portal, and click the Maintenance tab on the left.
In the top right corner, select Request Maintenance, then fill out the form with your request details.
Most work orders are completed within 1–2 days, unless special parts need to be ordered.

How do I get parking?

Parking is available by permit only and costs $40/month.
To join the waitlist or obtain a permit, please contact the leasing office.
Note: There is no guest parking on-site, but visitors may park on the street.

 

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
Only emotional support animals (ESAs) are permitted with proper documentation submitted to the leasing office.

 

Can I make changes to the apartment?

You’re welcome to bring your own furniture, lamps, and decorations, including wall art using removable adhesive hooks.
However, do not paint, drill holes, or damage any surfaces. Charges will apply for any damage found upon move-out.

When can I use the Pool?

The Pool is open during the following hours:
